One hour consultation.
An in depth review of your health and fitness journey. We will discuss past injuries, medical history, goals, perceived limitations, and how I can best serve your needs. After our discussion, we will progress to an individualized physical assessment. Depending on needs and goals, we will progress to exercises to see how we work together. This consultation allows me to learn how you and your body work so I can keep you safe and help guide you efficiently and effectively towards your goals.
10 - One hour group classes.
All age and all level group class designed with strength and longevity in mind.
Instructor approval required for attendance.

Done with physical therapy but still struggling with pain, managing a fitness routine, your rehab, or just wanting a more personalized experience?
The majority of clients train one on one two times per week but these sessions can also be used for check ins, workout program modification, and can be done as rarely or as often as desired. As a certified strength coach, trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist I feel confident that I can help meet you where you are and guide you to where you need to be.
